"Gundam the Origin" is Yoshikazu Yasuhiko's manga version of first Gundam. It's absolutely brilliant and the best Gundam comic by a long shot. In Japan it is serialized in the comic anthology "Gundam Ace". "Gundam the Origin" is also available in English from Viz Comics. "The Origin" features different variations on the classic MS. Some of the new designs I quite like, such as the Gouf and Guntank seen above.
